      I ordered a reproduction P1917 USMC a jacket from this company through ****. The listing said that I was ordering a size 40R. When I received the jacket, not only did it not fit like a 40R, it had a sticker inside with a “42” written on it. Obviously I wanted to return the item and get a refund for it. I was fully willing to pay shipping costs which I made clear in a message sent to the company. I called the company number and each time, it has only gone to voicemail. I sent a message to them on eBay as well as an email to their company email. No response from any of them. I’m not satisfied with their service as a business. Not only becuase I didn’t get the advertised item but also their lack of customer service.

      On 7/16/2023 order #52130 I ordered a pair of pants. I received size 34 and I need a size 32. I eMailed them and they said no problem we can exchange them for a smaller size. I sent them back and tracking shows they received them. I have not received the correct size, and they do not respond to any of my eMails.

      I made two separate purchases orders with Man the Line.. months later I still have not received my orders. I tried for the past 6 weeks to contact the company for at least a refund. No response

      On 9/28/2022 I ordered an ******* *** * ** * rifle forend stock. I received an order confirmation the same day (order #*****). The cost (total) was $******. I have not received the item to date (5/09/2023). I have emailed and phoned numerous times and have yet to receive a reply. I just want the stock.

      I ordered over $*** worth of goods from Man the Line this past Janurary (2023) and have not yet reveived any part of it. I've sent near daily emails for two weeks with no response at all. At this point I just want a refund, but no-one will talk to me.

      I ordered an item on 11/21. I did not receive any email confirmation of this order. On 11/25, I searched for order confirmation, and finding none, I proceeded to place the same order (accidentally) a second time, believing I never finalized the original order from 11/21. About a week later, both orders arrived. I have attempted to contact Man the Line via email at least 4 times asking how I can return the duplicate order, with no response. There is a policy on their website stating that no returns can be made without a return form, but the form is not provided online, nor was it in the package. I would like to return the duplicate item for a refund. The item wouldn't have been ordered in error if they had originally sent an order confirmation.

      On September 3, 2022, I ordered a *********** Tanker Jacket - 1st Pattern using the Man The Line website. I remitted payment using my **** and, even though the order was placed during the Labor Day holiday weekend, the charges cleared my bank account on September 5, 2022. Since I placed my order, the only thing I have received from Man The Line was the automated order confirmation email. I have attempted to contact the company via email on: Monday, September 12th at 4:34 p.m. Wednesday, September 14th at 9:56 a.m. Tuesday, September 20th at 10:08 a.m. Thursday, September 22nd at 9:42 a.m. Monday, September 26th at 10:10 a.m. Tuesday, September 27th at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, September 28th at 4:40 p.m. Friday, September 30th at 10:25 a.m. Wednesday, October 5th at 7:55 p.m. I have also submitted three or four messages using the "Contact Us" fill-in form on the website. Yet, every few days, I receive emails from Man The Line about a new featured product. I have even replied to them using the email that was sent to me, with no response from the company as to the status of my order.

      Bought two items only delivered one! email him 30 times call him never called back? I told him to check the weight of package and he will only see one was sent!

      A purchase was made in the online store of this business on 10/15/2021 in an amount in excess of $*** and I am unable to contact this business or receive updates on the status of the order 8 months later. I have emailed and attempted to call this business repeatedly with no replies. The last email received from the company was immediately after placing the order with a status listed as "currently processing". The order number is #*****
