      Very disappointed with purchase of camper. Bought on August 6,2024. They said that they did an inspection of camper. They said if we didn't have it inspected wouldn't cover anything that we found wrong. A few days later put canopy out was rotten. Called them they sent new canvas but said we had to pay to put on. Then took it dry camping on aug30th/31st. When got home want to empty holding tanks.we turned on bathroom sink to empty tanks. Had water running all over camper apparently has broken pipe Called and said bring in but didn't know if we would have to pay for repair. Also switch to shut off battery is broke. Also they never let us know has deframent on front. I thought buying from a dealership would be more trustworthy but boy was I wrong.

      Customer was given a complete walk through of the 2016 Freedom Express (10 year old camper) that showed everything was in working order, including the awning, at the time of the delivery, after the walk through; she signed a form accepting the camper AS IS without any warranty on August 6. Customer texted Noteboom RV and stated she felt the awning was full of holes and rotten. Noteboom RV called in response to her text message about the awning and per the conversation it was agreed upon that Noteboom RV would cover the cost of the material if customer covered the installation cost. Customer agreed this was acceptable and that she would install the awning herself. The awning canvas was sent to customer on August 14 and she received it August 19.
      When we inspected the camper there were no leaks found. Customer sent a picture that does not show a broken pipe or water all over. She sent a picture of the corner of a wall inside the camper that resembles normal wear and tear on a 10 year old camper. (willing to attach picture)
      As for the battery disconnect switch the 10 year old camper was priced accordingly and we do not replace this item on used units. We do have them available for purchase in our store.
      As for the deframent (Noteboom RV calls this delamination), this was present on the camper before Customer decided this was the camper she wanted to purchase. (willing to attach picture).
      All used campers at Noteboom RV are sold ‘AS IS’ without warranty. (willing to attach the signed by customer form)
