      harassment, fraud scam callers, mercury credit card/financial, has several locations under first bank and trust they are frauds and crooks, they steal from people, charge high interest, tack on purchase fees in high amounts they don't disclose this/when opening a account, they lie, then they use fraud scam numbers to harass and threaten people

      First Bank & Trust is listed on the back of my Mercury Visa credit card as it's issuer. I received my card in November of 2023 with an available balance of $2500.00. I have not used the card because It was too be used for important or emergency occurrences only.
      Today, while trying to pay my tax preparer, my card was declined for $260.00. How could this be? I was finally able to reach a live representative on the phone & was informed that "my account was closed due to inactivity within a 12 month period" Well, first of all, it hasn't been 12 months since the account was opened, it's only been 3!
      After placing me on a 10 minute hold, the representative told me that they "reserved the right to close inactive accounts" and closed mine on 2/23/2024.... That's not 12 months...How can they give you credit then take it away because you don't use it up?!....Who wants to mess up their credit score, pay high ass interest, and be charged fees, if not needed?! Not me that's for sure.
      I made a second call after I wasn't able to delete my personal information from the account online and was told it would take 7-10 business days to remove it. WOW!! I bet it didn't take that long to close the account!
      I would absolutely advise others to steer clear of companies like them....

      Premier Card Finance Program is a joke of a credit card. Inherited this card from **** and have regretted not getting a different card with a real company. Customer service hangs up most of the time if you reach them. They claim to not receive payments that are sent in time through my online banking. This is the only credit card company I've ever had trouble with. They've already squeezed extra money out of me through "late" fees plus interest because they claim they didn't receive payment. DO NOT USE THIS ********* CARD!

      Transferred from ****. Fraudulent charges on the card almost immediately. I have spent the last 3 months trying to get the charges reversed. Calls from collections, explain my circumstances, transferred to security, wait over 45 minutes each time. To this day I have no resolution. Pretty crummy since I never even activated the card. May I suggest that if your security department is that busy everyday maybe take a look at how easy it seems to be to make fraudulent charges on one of their cards. Maybe revisit your security practices and tighten up security.

      Everything will be fine until you have a problem with a charge. I have been disputing an unauthorized charge for nine months with no resolution. I haven't been presented any evidence in that time that the charge is valid-and the balance is once again showing that I owe it. They seem to have a strategy of making it as hard as possible to communicate by offering only mail and fax to communicate with their different deadlines. Also, customer service will make it as hard as possible as well to solve the issue by simply just hanging -up, with one day hanging-up on me 5 times. It's hard to believe there is any investigation at all regarding the unauthorized charge-they just want you to go away. I have had to file a complaint with the **** for help in dealing with this bank's credit card department in hopes of resolving this before I terminate the account. Do not use this bank

      Problems With Logging In to My Account I had an unusual amount of trouble logging in to my credit card amount. I typed my password and it kept saying my password does not match our records. There was no ability for me to see what I was typing. That was the technical issue that kept me from logging in. Everything I could do had to be done by calling customer service. They indicated I could log in the next day, but the next day it said again "too many errors". It is possible that I my typing did not match what my new password was, but I could not check anything because the inability to check the letters I was typing. This may seem a minor problem, but it means I cannot look at data in my digital account. Thank you.

      I wish I could put zero star, this company is the worst I have dealt with. I regret continuing with them after HSBC. They canÂ’t resolve nothing, their website is filth. Their website provide no solution only telephone numbers. I spent 2 hrs and got transfer 5 times.

      FB&T caused a drop in my credit score by allowing fraudulent charges to cause an over-limit. One month later, they showed an over-limit despite the fact that I am more than $1,100 BELOW my credit limit - with records from their own site to prove this. They again reported me to the credit bureaus as over-limit. If you deal with this company, know that their practices as well as their competence are highly questionable. As for me, I'm paying this account off in full and having done with them!

      I was paying on my ************** card every month, I was sending my payment in by the mail
      at least five or six days before it was due, and they said that they hasn't receive payment and it got worst. I started sending payment in one and two weeks in advance by mail, but they always say they they hasn't receive payment or they have not post yet, and all this did not start till I pay out a credit card. I no they should have receive those payments, but they practically call me a lie
      and possibly help mass up my credit. now my account is way manageable.

      I'm not pleased with this company at all! Recently there was an acquisition and this company is now my credit card servicer. I knew the company wasn't decent right away. I was setup for automatic payments. My payments are due on the 9th of each month. I received an email on 10/29 citing that I missed a payment. On 10/30 I received an email reminding me that a reoccurring payment is scheduled for 11/09. How is it possible to miss a payment if I'm set up for auto pay. Now I'm concerned with this company reporting misinformation to the credit agencies. This company is not aligned with their practices and communications. I called on 10/31 and never connected with a rep. I waited on hold for 42 minutes and 43 seconds. The second time I called I was disconnected shortly after being placed on hold. I finally connected with a rep the time around. Both reps a connected with were pleasant, especially Debbie. This organization needs to do better.
