DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - 365 REFUND POLICY IS INACCURATE TO BENEFIT STEALING YOUR $$
I had high hopes to reverse my newly diagnosed diabetes when purchasing from Barton Publishing not only the literature to educate myself but also the CinnaChroma, I figured that the 365 day return/refund policy I had nothing to lose. I faithfully tried this CinnaChroma for 6 months while eating healthy and it did not work for me. So I finally reached out to their customer service team to process my refund....I was advised to return my bottles of CinnaChroma (I had 4 unopened bottles) so I did so only to be refunded for just these 4 bottles ($112) not for the entire 12 bottles ($576). They state in their return policy "Physical items must be returned within 365 days of the purchase date." nowhere in their return policy does it state "MUST INCLUDE THE USED EMPTY BOTTLES" in order to get a FULL REFUND. I will be fair and say that this product truly may work for some people and the literature "Diabetes Solution Kit" is very informative and I did find it useful but the money that I am out for the product that did not work for me, is VERY FRUSTRATING. BEWARE......If you try ANY of their supplements.....KEEP THE EMPTY BOTTLES JUST IN CASE YOU NEED TO REQUEST A REFUND if it did not work for you. I am not a happy Customer at all and their customer service people are not helpful at all….only state over and over I am sorry YOU ARE CONFUSED MAM’……I am not confused about their shady and unethical business practice.

Products did NOTHING to lower blood sugar as claimed. They are sales and marketing selling you chromium picolanate with cinnamon which you can buy FAR CHEAPER at any place that sells supplements. They take advantage of diabetics by promising results to help reduce blood sugar. I paid over 700 bucks for supplements which did ZERO to reduce blood sugar. They then called and tried to sign me up for coaching that cost 1200.00. Barton is a scam period. I bought the 20.00 guide as well.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. These people are predators pretending to be health experts.

(Sat Nov 6) Interested by their claim to be able to correct diabetes with some pills I attempted to make a purchase for just less than $20, as ot stated that's all that was needed. Then, it switched to the next page and offered me a physical copy of a book or pamphlet to an accompany the pills for $20 more dollars. Each time it would introduce a new screen that was intent on an additional sale. By the end of their sales pages that kept threatening that if I left the page I would likely be billed improperly or in duplicate I was informed that my card was declined and I should try again later without ever seeing a total. (Sun Nov 7) The following morning I received notifications from my bank about fraudulent activity and I saw that even though I was informed previously through their site that my card was declined and I should try again, and in which I refused to as I was already beyond displeased. They had attempted to rerun my card three(3) different times for $755.xx . So I cancelled my card as it was the weekend still and they are only open weekdays. (Mon Nov 8) Contacting them first thing to get everything figured out and corrected. They stated that I would have to get back to them before end of this business day as orders had not been sent out yet. So, I contacted the my bank got an exception authorization code so they could reimburse me and called Barton back again same day only a couple hours later. The Barton agent said they attempted the refund and it wouldn't go through yet again. I was informed after making yet another phone call to Barton that I would have to wait for a reimbursement check in the mail and to wait a week. (Mon Nov 14) Called to check on status and was told that they would inquire about my reimbursement and I should wait yet again for a confirmation email. (Thu Nov 17) Still haven't received confirmation email, they say reimbursement checks are only mailed out on Mondays and I should wait a week yet again. All of this because of a $20

Hello Josh. We are glad you had an initial interest in reversing high blood sugar, enough to trust us to place an order! We are sorry our trust was lost. When ordering, your credit card is provided at the beginning of the check-out process and for any offers you select to add your order, the web page says: PLEASE DO NOT EXIT OR GO BACK! Your Order is Processing. Review this offer and select an option below. There are also big red no and green yes buttons so you can be confident in your selection. We produce NO threats about improper or duplicate billings! It is common practice that a credit card may be tried more than once when placing an online order, and in your case, it was tried twice with a successful third attempt. The order you placed could not have gone through without your credit card approving it. When you called on November 7, we tried 3 times to refund your card unsuccessfully, with or without a code. How do you expect a refund to a canceled credit card? This is the mistake many customers make. When you called on Monday, November 14 we submitted a check request for your reimbursement. As explained, these are mailed on Mondays, so it had to wait until the following Monday to be sent to you. You were informed on Tuesday, November 22 that your check was mailed on Monday, November 21. The order you placed online could have been refunded the next business day if you had not canceled your credit card. But within almost two weeks after you placed an order, you have a refund check mailed to you. Our customer service took care of you every step of the way and provided clear instruction and direction with the limitations put on them. They also informed you of our check policy, which we followed. You have now been refunded in full by check.
