    We have had solar panels fall of of the mount four times. Most recently we returned from vacation on June 1st and found one of the panels on the ground. Another is turned over on top of the rest. And at least four other panels are lifted off the mounting brackets. We called the company and got no response. I tried to leave a message but the mailbox was full. I E-mailed the company, no response. We called three mor times and have left messages and no response. At this point If I can't get it repaired, I would like a refund of the $37,000 I paid to have this system installed

    This dispute has been settled. The phone numbers we had were for an employee that was fired for suspected theft. That is why we never got a response. We did finally get in touch with the company owner and the matter has been resolved.

    We purchased Solar from Coker Southern in 2022. We had an issue with panels separating from the board. That took at least two phone calls before getting in touch for an appointment. The panels were damaged and replaced with two different style panels. We were told the original panels were outdated. However, they have slipped and one in particular is sliding off the grid. Two others are pulled up from the one sliding down the grid. Beginnng 1st week of April 2025, My husband called two and voice box was full. He also sent two emails. I called the next week and voice box is still full. My last resort was to call the finance company, Service Finance Company. The person I spoke to gave me the number on file. I called the number and left a message last week. All I want is repair to what was contracted for. If not, I want a reimbursement for what has been paid in order to get another company to do the work responsibly. Thanking you in advance.

    We received a call on Thursday, May 1st  to be repaired on
    Friday, May 2nd.  
    We are so grateful to you and your business. 
    My husband has health issues and I was worried about the 
    electric going out.

    My credit report shows an unauthorized line of credit was pulled from Southern Coker Power (SoCo Power) in 2023. This is over a year after my initial pre-approval in 2022 for solar panels that we decided not to purchase and therefore no work, project or anything was done. The amount reported from the unauthorized 2023 credit line shows a lot higher than initially pre-approved in 2022 too. No 2nd attempt for a loan was ever made so there should not be anything in 2023. I have reach out by phone, email and social platforms since Nov. 2024 when this credit report was realized but SoCo Power is unresponsive. I have requested a cancellation letter to be sent to Solar Mosaic, LLC from SoCo Power stating the reported account be closed but there is no reply.
