    The staff over Celia Saxon neighborhood and others complex has taken on more than what they can bear. I have put in multiple work orders no one ever comes. Only time they come is when someone gets ugly. My air is out and it's 90 degrees in my place. Apparently work order was placed in and no one still haven't came. no phone call stating if no one can come or even can't come. I feel like this heat is going to get best of me. I feel like rent should be pro-rated
