    On October 22nd of 2024 I had an appointment booked with Kiara at 12:30pm. I booked the appointment through her website on Canvascolumbia.com. Her pictures were listed on the website as well as a direct link to her website where it said “book with Kiara”. I booked the appointment with the Canvas Columbia address listed on their website. I assumed that was her address because all other nail techs on that website do the nails at that buisness building called “Canvas Columbia.” I waited in the waiting area and she asked if I was here through text. I said I was in the waiting area to which she said she didn’t see me. I said I was confused and that I was at canvas Columbia because it said that address on the booking website. She said she hadn’t worked there in over a year and that her address was on her website. Both addresses are on the same road and can confuse people and not know where to go. She then says she has an appointment at 1 o’clock and that she couldn’t see me that day. She then says that she understand the confusion and that she sees her pictures up on the website and then she proceeds to charge me $40 even though she didn’t see me and I didn’t even pay it myself and this is the $40 missing appointment fee, even though it was not my fault that there were two addresses listed under her booking website. they have since changed the website on canvas Columbia and I’ve got rid of her website on the main website for canvas Columbia. I asked for a refund because it wasn’t my fault and yet she wouldn’t give it to me. Canvas Columbia can vouch that they changed the website.

    **** ******** did have an appointment on October 22,2024 at 12:30. I wasn’t aware that I was on my previous place of employment website until she told me. I reached out and immediately all of my information was taken down. Yes my link was still there but as soon as you clicked it you went to my website. Where all of my information is listed address, services, and polices can all be found on my website. My address is also on all of my social media sites. I have my late policy posted on my website. Which states a 10 minutes grace period and you will be charged 100% if you’re late to your service. You have to agree to all of the policies before you can send an appointment request. Once you confirm your appointment you also get an email which has my address and a map. Also, directions on how to find me. I have been removed from previous website so there will be no more confusion as far as my location

    I am rejecting this response because: Although you have policy’s set in place, there were multiple addresses listed. I showed up at the main address under the original website and yet I was still charged as a missed appointment even after offering to drive to the correct address. I would like a refund.

    My address is also listed on all my social media platforms. My late policy is clearly outlined on my website, indicating a 10-minute grace period, after which a full charge applies if you're late for your service. You must agree to all policies before submitting an appointment request. Once your appointment is confirmed, you receive an email containing my address and a map, along with directions to locate me. I have been removed from the previous website, eliminating any confusion regarding my location.
