      I have more than 1 transaction with this business. Today 7/15/24 paid $11 to get my car washed and no soap. You never see anyone working there’s no phone number. The last 5 times I would hope that there would be soap. I don’t live that far that’s why I come there.

      I am unable to research this complaint because I do not know which location they were using, automatic or self serve wash, time of issue and payment method so I can confirm this is a valid issue and pull camera footage.

      We have several locations.

      I am rejecting this response because: I put the address for the location. The better car wash stated they didn’t know what location is bull. I gave the address. 117 wade st in West Columbia sc 29169. Please forward this to the business. Thank you.

      I am requesting the time of The visit to the car wash. If you used automatic or self, serve and your payment method, so I may pull cameras.  This information is so we can assess what may have caused an issue and rectify problems.

      We tested all locations on 7-16 and specifically w. Columbia today after your response.

      On Feb. 6, 2024 I went to Better Interprise Inc. on Main St. in South Congaree, SC 29172. I entered my credit card & type of wash. I drove through car wash & nothing happened so I drove around & entered my credit card again & asked for type of car wash. I drove through wash second time & again nothing worked. I then drove into another station & put cash in slot selected type of wash & drove in & it worked. I came home & looked at my Credit Card online & I have 2 $11.00 charges that I did not get service for them. I ask that you remove the charges from my credit card.

      Mrs. ***** reached out to my coworker after she filed the complaint.  The error of 2 charges had a refunded initiated immediately in the amount requested.
