We purchased a modular home through Hudson Auto Brokers/ Hudson Reality & Development /Southeastern Classic Homes LLC. These companies are owned by Bobo Hudson. After purchasing the modular home from him any issues that we were having with the home either he would send someone out or we would be told to contact Champion Homes. All minor issues were getting completed until major items came into play. The first major issue was the interior of the home wasn't painted. Which we actual picked out a coat of paint in his office. After we moved in and realized that it wasn't painted, Mr. Hudson replied oh no I don't paint anything. After speaking with Champion Homes, they confirmed that Mr. Hudson was responsible for that. The next major issue was there was a soft spot in the kitchen floor between the island and the refrigerator where the vent is located. The start of communication was on 08/09/22 between me and Mr. Hudson. He did have someone come out from Champion Homes, their representative came out took a picture and explained that it had nothing to do with the craftsmanship from Champion Homes. Champion Homes said it was issues from the person who install the ducts to the vent. Mr. Hudson agreed and said that he would have that taking care of, because his contractor didn't seal it correctly, which caused the floor problem. Mr. Hudson said he would install a blower that would help with the humidity, pull the air conditioner unit away from the house. Which none of that would help the situation. I found this out after reaching out to a professional. Mr. Hudson stopped answering my calls up until 02/07/23 a few days before our home warranty started. He's never called me; we've always called him until this point. Mr. Hudson told me to call him and tell them what was wrong with the floor, but don't tell them anything about my conversation with him. After speaking with him, I realized that he never was going to fix anything and was waiting for the home warranty to start.
