      In July 2024 we had Carolina Epoxy, (we dealt with *****) coat our driveway, garage floor, front porch and walkway, and a small grill pad out back. The finished product was great. ***** and his crew did a nice job. We were advised that it came with a 10 yr. warranty. We were ******** March 2025 we noticed some cracking in the driveway. We contacted the company right away via text and phone call. In May I spoke with ***** on the phone. He advised me that he stopped by and looked at the problem, he stated that it was a minor issue and advised that it would be an easy, quick fix and that he would take care of it. After several attempts to schedule the repair, and the contractor not showing up for the appointments, and excuses why he didn't show, the repairs haven't been done. It is now Sep 2025. Our driveway still needs the repairs done. The last time we spoke on the phone was June 19, 2025. I've texted him several times, but the last reply from ***** was Aug 27, 2025. We have never had an issue like this before, and we don't know what to do. We just want to have our driveway fixed properly and looking nice again.
