    Ive been trying to get the title since May when going to the dmv they told us the car was suspended. I texted ***** and told him what the *** said and he said he would look into it and has yet to do so. So I looked up the information on the car myself and came to a surprise when I got results stating the car was totaled/salvaged When Ive purchased a car from *****, he stated the title was ******** wasnt its salvaged, he claims to have told us that however he did not. My paperwork doesnt mention the title being salvaged. After multiple text messages and phone calls he claimed today Jan 5th that he thought I had the title, even though I texted him since May about not receiving the title. He also claims that there isnt any records of the car being suspended but then claims we put a loan on the car and thats why it was suspended. I also sent him the screenshot stating the car was salvaged and he acted like he didnt know. Then today stated he told me it was salvaged when purchasing. He also stated other customers had the same issue and then today stated he doesnt know what going on because this is the first time hes dealt with this. However after doing some research I saw 2 other customers complaining about the same issues I was having. Stating how he lied about the car being clean title when it wasnt.

    Bought a ***************** September 2022 and have never received a title. The dealer keeps saying the title is lost and he's working on getting one but this has been the excuse for the past year and a half. Im not sure of my next steps in order to get this resolved.
