    Rockin' Renovations has been working on a backyard patio project for us this summer; a project which was initially expected to take no longer than 2 weeks. The project began after our down payment on April 9th, 2023. It is still incomplete to this day.Original high level scope of work was to remove existing deck and retaining wall, install new (larger) patio and retaining wall.The last few agreed upon outstanding items include:Drainage issues:Decorative stone is getting washed away in certain spots. (photos attached)Cleaning up the mess created by initial retaining wall backfill. Fill dirt/mud is seeping through the retaining wall creating a mess every time it rains. (photos attached)Repair of paver sand. Many spots are not properly cured (still soft and washed out). (photos attached) Completing backfill of the retaining wall. (photos attached)Additional decorative rock to cover base stone. Base stone is mixed with or can be seen through the thin layer of river rock. (photos attached)Fix the three loose wall bricks.Final invoice for $21,093.21 received on July 6th, 2023 which was paid in full the following day based on business' word the project would have been completed that day/weekend.Since paying final invoice we have tried to reach out through email/text/phone multiple times, most of which have been unanswered. When they have responded, they'd committed to completing these issues and said they would be there to complete that week, and have not shown up since (this has happened 4 different times now). Some of the email and text exchange attached.
