    This company bought out our old landlord’s company and took over our neighborhood. There is little to NO communication from them. When they do communicate with us (including all of our neighbors), it’s in the form of a piece of paper stuck to our front door with a piece of tape. This is NOT professional or legal! Anyone can just walk up and take the notice off of our front door while we aren’t home! The wind can rip that tape right off the door and the notice can just blow away. They don’t send any notices by mail or email. They have screwed my husband and I over by selling our home we have been renting for the last 5.5 years to someone else without giving my husband and I right of first refusal. We would have bought our home if we had known it was for sale!!! We were NEVER notified that our home was for sale. We were NEVER notified that someone bought our home until we received a monthly rental statement with someone else’s name on it and I called THEM! This company now has, without any warning or notification, removed all of our dumpsters from the neighborhood. We were not given any options to dispose of our household trash. I have 2 bags of household trash sitting stinking inside my home that I have nowhere to dispose! It’s impossible to reach anyone at the office. When you do finally get a call back from them, they have no clue what is going on with ANYTHING.
    The company also told the new owner of out home that our home was EMPTY. How is it empty if we have been paying rent every month without fail for over 5 years and the company has RECORD of it?!?!
    This company is shady, unprofessional and doing everything illegally. Someone should really look into it. They are destroying the lives of all the residents that have lived here happily and safely for decades.
