      05-06-2022: Per the ** website-they are the closest suggested qualified service company for ** washer repair. They misdiagnosed the problem. Ordered and installed the part which didn't affect the issue. Offered to keep throwing expensive parts at the problem. And charged us for the quoted wrong diagnosis and left and now are using their caller I.D. and not excepting our calls. Totally unprofessional and crooked. Please read our detailed complaint and all the others that seem to have had the same similar experiences.

      I had this company out to fix my ******* ice maker Sept 18, 2023. I paid the initial service charge of $100 in cash and was told I would be emailed a receipt. I had to call them to get that. They ordered a new ice maker and installed it which failed to work. Then it was more parts and excuses, factory reset, blame to other technicians and SIX visits and $430 later, still not one ICE CUBE! I understand things can be difficult to troubleshoot, but this was just incompetence. The unit is just a few years old and in otherwise perfect working condition. After complaining that I had spent $430 and was no better off, they said they would look into it and see what else could be done but they never got back to me AT ALL. When I finally had enough a few weeks later then came the non returned calls, emails and a very unprofessional attitude. Their web site says in writing that if you weren't happy with their 5 star service (ha!) they would refund your money. They did finally refund my money but I had to call and call numerous times and hassle with them. They lied and said they had called and left messages. We all have cell phones that record everything now. YOU can't lie and get away with that anymore. How does a business expect a customer spend $430 and get nothing for their money. This is not a company you want to do business with.
