    With being a previous silly bobs customer I reached out when my husband and I had the want to start our own business. I received a message and was told to call. But I always remember how great silly bobs was when I used them. Since then the company was sold to Greg. My husband spoke with Greg multiple times. He assured him that he didn’t want us to inherit someone else’s problems when buying units. That he had nice units for sale.
    To begin he said when we met we would blow each unit up to go through them with a fine tooth comb.
    Then he said to save time he could meet an hour from Greenville.
    He talked highly of the units he was selling.
    Upon getting home we set up one unit to find a 12 inch long slice in the unit.
    The next unit had multiple holes, significant seam damage. It wouldn’t even blow up with a 3 and 2 horse power blower together.
    The next unit had a giant hole in it and wouldn’t blow up tight.
    And the last unit had the skin peeling off the vinyl.
    We reached out to Greg after the first unit and he apologized. And said he would send $500 back. He never did.
    After the second unit he said to come there and we would hook them up to his blowers and see what’s going on. Sunday night he said how about I just mail you the blowers. We agreed. The blowers he mailed one was missing the whole plug. Thankfully my husband could fix it. But that didn’t fix the problem with the units.
    So we messaged Greg and said this isn’t working. We would like to bring these units back and get our money back. They all have issues.
    He said he had the flu. So we gave him a couple days.
    Today he calls and has an excuse for everything. Said he doesn’t want to take the units back. But will pay to have them fixed.
    We told him we would rather bring them back and get the money back.
    Greg said he was out $750 in the whole deal at this point. Not sure where he has lost $750 but
    my husband said ok give us the 6250 back and I’ll bring the units back. Greg has declined
