In April 2024 my son and I financed a dodge charger from the company in question. Since we had it we fixed all issues based the terms of being an as is car. On 8/3 I called them to let them know the car wasn’t reliable and the car transmission was acting up. I told them it would only be fair to help getting it fixed for the amount they wanted. They told me what they were willing to do. The owner said to bring the car to him to see what was wrong. He drove the car to see how the car was cutting back and I told him it does it while driving. He does 70 in a 60. I said nothing but made sure my kids had seat belts on. I look and see the car was running hot. I said o no Mr F**** the car is running hot now. He said imma take a short cut to get back to the shop. All of a sudden it went from hot to cold. He said that’s the thermostat. Mind we just changed that out along with the radiator. So I told him can’t be. We get back to the shop. He busts a hose. Now I don’t mind paying for my mistakes but it not fair to pay for someone else. He drove the car hard and bust the hose and expect me to pay for it.

This vehicle was sold to a ***** ******* AS-IS, on 8/2/2024 Mrs. ******* called and said that she took her sons car to the chrysler dealership and was told that she needed a new transmission and that the transmission in the car was no good, we told her that the car was as-is and if she wanted to have them replace it she could. We also told her if she wanted to come by and let us just see what it was doing we may be able to recommend her where to have the car fixed at. She came by and her and her son and mr F**** drove the car. The car drove fine but it did have a busted radiator hose. We told them we could help them find a hose to have it replaced because it would be unsafe for them to drive the car away with the hose busted. they agreed and left the car eventually we were able to locate the piece for them and we told them we would only charge the cost of the part. They paid the cost of the part and then left.
