    Better Business Bureau (BBB) is informing consumers and businesses about the marketplace conduct and complaint history of Dragonfly Games, a company that is an internet sales business.

    Consumers have reported that they have pre-ordered and paid for products that were never received, and consumers did not receive refund or return call from your business.

    On December 14, 2021, Dragonfly Games was informed of this concern and invited to discuss the pattern of complaints and determine ways in which the pattern might be alleviated. Dragonfly Games has failed to respond to consumer complaints and BBB Serving Central SC and Charleston's correspondence.

    As of March 04, 2022, Dragonfly Games continues to have unresolved complaints and remains invited to contact BBB to discuss the concerns of their consumers concerns.

    While BBB continues to accept and report complaints against this business and fulfill its responsibility to inform businesses of communications from its customers, this business has stopped responding to BBB. Therefore, as of March 04, 2022, BBB will close all complaints as unpursuable. However, should the business respond, consumers will be notified.

    In addition to consumer's filing a complaint with the BBB, it is recommended that consumers contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at reportfraud.ftc.gov and their local Consumer Affairs Office.

    I ordered 8 items from DragonFly Games on July 1, 2021 in the total amount of $262.07. I received 2 of 8 items in November 2021. The 2 items I received totaled $40. On October 22, 2021, I received an email from Kaylie P from DragonFly Games indicating that there was a supply chain issue and that once they receive more information, they will send another update. No other updates from October 22, 2021 to now (Sep 13, 2022) were made. I have called their number multiple times and there is no answer. Their website is invalid. When I search for them on google, I see many complaints on BBB and reddit indicating that customers never received their items nor did they receive any refund. My bank will no longer allow me to dispute this charge. I would like for DragonFly Games to face their consequences and also refund mine and many other customers' money.

    They stole roughly $400 dollars from me on items that I pre-ordered. When I messaged them about the delay they said that their was a delay from the distribution and that it would be a few weeks. I want my money back, that is all. I missed out on the ******* 25th anniversary boxes, and multiple ***** *** ********* products to include the newest unset that is coming out. I had used them in the past so I trusted them but they are nothing but thieves who should be imprisoned.
