Business owner, Calvin Archie, gave promise for services (repair structure damage to a vehicle, and to paint the vehicle). Archie inspected the vehicle and quoted a price to repair the vehicle. Archie stated that he would have the vehicle fixed within three (3) days. Archie drove the vehicle from the vehicles parked location to his shop, as I followed in another vehicle (per his direction and desire). Archie parked the vehicle, and stated that payment had to be made up front, so that the vehicle could be repaired and painted. Archie, spoke on the phone with his employee, in my presence, detailing the parts needed to fix the vehicle and promised a quick and quality repair. Archie was paid $2500 in cash as quoted to complete the job. More than a month later, Archie has lost the key to the vehicle which he has not replaced, though several claims have been made that he would. Archie had promised to have the vehicle completed by “the next day” twelve times over the course of the month. The only work that Archie has done is partially dissembled the vehicle. He has provided no proof of obtaining the replacement parts. He has not replaced the list key, He has threatened to “kill me,” upon going to the business to get an update; and his employees have advised that Archie makes a habit of defrauding customers by taking their money without completing, and/or delaying work. I have informed Archie of the additional financial damages further caused by his delays, and yet with more promises… no work has been done. Archies employees have advised that Archie does not pay them for the work they do, and so they normally have to get their money directly from the customers. This, however, is not what or how Archie presented himself, or his business when quoting the vehicle repairs and when collecting the “upfront” payment for services. I have been extremely patient with Archie, but now I must pursue claim(s) through court proceedings.

First of all that's not my shop so I don't know why it's saying ******** ******. That's my husband shop. I don't work there so I'm not understanding why I'm name is even on this matter. 2 this is the first time I have received this. 3 what was told to me was that the car was real must up and they had to do a lot of work to it. My husband always ask for money up front for cars not the whole amount but partial. If the customer chooses to pay the full amount up front that's what some do. As for threating him that did not happen. And Mr ****** did not mention is that they are cousins. And Mr ****** is lieing about what happened.
