  I had a session scheduled while on vacation In south Carolina. The session was to be on a Tuesday. I emailed her Sunday asking if I should be worried that the forecast was looking very stormy, she said she would like to move the session to Wednesday. Then just hours before the scheduled session, she cancelled on us!!! It was our last night there so I had just hours to find someone else. Luckily someone squeezed me and took care of us. RUN.....run away now. This woman has mugshots for serious theft. She shouldnt be allowed to have a business.

  I have used amber 7x personally and 3x booked her for friends. The pictures were beautiful. Sometimes they took a little while to get back to me but at the same i pay so much less that i understand the wait and plan accordingly. I am using her again in a few days.

  She made our family portraits BEAUTIFUL. We have them printed and hung up in our home. It was our first family pics as a family of four. So special to us!

  Well Kept Design did a wonderful job on my business photos. One of her family members even sat in to help with the shoot. I've had many compliments on my photos and I'm thrilled with them.. Amber, took the time and understood me being nervous. It was the first photos I had had made alone in over 35 years. She has a passion for making her sessions personal and to give her clients beautiful photos.

  Amber is such a talented, creative mind that captures not only memories but the beauty within ourselves we didn’t notice. No matter the session there is so much comfort with the shoot creativity with the atomasphere. I had my first winter session with Amber with my boyfriend and our dogs. The photos were gorgeous. I continued to have a boudoir photo shoot with Amber and I will forever be in awe of my photos. They brought tears to my eyes seeing beauty in myself I never saw and gained so much confidence. Amber’s fun endless talent, immense amount of creativity and always comforting has made me addicted to feeling like a model. I’ve already set up another boudoir session. For a baby shower I purchased a gift card for photos of her baby to last forever by someone who has changed my life. I am blessed to have come across Well Kept Design Photography with Amber.

  I absolutely love Amber Reilly and her Photography Company! She always has the cutest set ups and is so extremely affordable! She’s offers amazing products for a reasonable price and I’ve been able to get family pictures done more than ever! She always goes above and beyond with any request that I make and she makes me feel the best! Recommend 100/10!!

  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I wish I’d seen these reviews before I hired them because I also had a horrible experience.
  
  The photographer was really nice during the photoshoot, but when they sent the final images, the best photos were so blurry and “hazy” that you could not even see our faces. It looked like we were doing a photoshoot in the middle of a wildfire. When I asked for the original unedited photos, I was told that those had been deleted. I sent four specific photos back to them asking if they could make our more faces visible and their response was to get defensive, gaslight me and refuse to undo their horrible editing on the grounds that it was “their style”. I tipped them 25% on top of their fee prior to receiving the photos because I was hoping for a good experience, and they still treated me this way. The photos I received look nothing like anything that is posted on their Instagram or website.
  
  If you care about memorializing a special moment in your life, do yourself a favor and find any other photographer.

  No idea how the photography side of this business is run, but for a tent bday party, RUN.
  
  We had the WORST EXPERIENCE and I feel compelled to warn everyone. 2 years ago, we had Amber come for my youngest’s bday and it was great. She asked for her fave colors, theme, offered goodie bags, included a balloon garland, and set up a simply great experience. We booked again based on this previous experience. After seeing the recent reviews about her photography. I figured, the bad reviews were not the tents, it would be ok. I was WRONG.
  
  Amber agreed to, and was paid for a Glamping birthday party to take place in Sept. for 7 tents to be all set up and decorated.
  
  The day of our event, she sent her assistant who delivered 4 sets of NAKED poles, with a few clusters of balloons and greenery on them, no covering on them, and 7 yoga mats with linens. She had also “buddied” up the “tents” since the poles kept sliding on our floors. Meaning she put the “tents” sideways so 2 girls were expected to sleep in each. Leaving me with 4 tents that weren’t even tents, when I had paid for 7.
  
  It looked NOTHING like what we expected or what the WKD website shows! Her last words in my home were offering to take everything down and leave us with nothing. I told her I would make it work because I had NO CHOICE!
  
  This is for every other kid out there hoping for bday fun and the parent hoping to deliver it. Seeing my daughter’s face when she expected the start of her bday and seeing instead the sad collection of poles, yoga mats, and a table, BROKE MY HEART.
  
  I can’t say enough of how dirty, swindled, used, dumb… I feel for trusting Amber. I don’t want any other family to experience what we did.
  
  All Amber had to say was, “I do feel bad it didn’t meet your expectations. I do hope she has a great party and I can send over a partial refund.” She didn’t do the bare minimum of setting up actual TENTS for us! And no acknowledgment that she didn’t live up to her OWN WEBSITE’S STANDARDS!

  I apologize that we didn't meet your expectations. Per our initial planning conversation, you requested a bare bones type setup. After the first setup, You reached out not happy and I came back out to fix the issues and added additional items. I do appreciate the feedback. We've worked with you before and you loved the setup and we do feel like we did our absolute best to meet your needs. You were also refunded in full and offered a complimentary session.
