    I received a 150.00 dollar gift card for Christmas with a coupon for an extra 40.00 and I tried to use it for 1 massage session but they tell me I have to have a credit card on file.
    I tried to book the appointment in person and twice on line. When I tried to make the appointment online I did it as a "guest" but at the end I still had to sign up for an account and after jumping through All the hoops, they still wanted a credit card and there was no place to enter my gift card number.
    This place is a scam.
    Do Not buy a gift card from here.

    My husband purchased me 2 one hour sports massages for $125 a piece. I used the first one and they gave me an intro rate of $80. So I upgraded to an hour and a half. When I went to use the 2nd gift card, 7 months later, I was told I would have to pay an additional $20 because of an increase!
    Very poor customer service!! If I could give them a rating of zero, I would!

    I signed up for a membership which they did not disclose I had to make actual monetary payments for 12 months. I ended up moving because of my health and no longer able to work and unemployed. I no longer have the financial means to continue paying as this is putting me in a financial hardship now. I have reached out to this location to cancel and they advise me they can’t and I have to make 12 months of payments before they can. They advised me if I put it on freeze that period it is frozen doesn’t count towards the year. No one informed of this and the membership has not been used but once in the past year. I would like assistance canceling this as it is placing me in an extreme financial hardship. I would also like to make others aware.
