      The first sign, for me, that this was a great company was when they answered my call at 10:30pm when my HVAC died completely. Ron was patient and helpful as he listened, answered questions, and then told me they would be out to my house first thing the next morning. And they were, before 9am, running a lengthy diagnostic on my outdoor and indoor systems, and ductwork. Ostyn and co. were extremely knowledgeable; I had done some research and formed questions of my own, and they were able to explain in detail what was wrong, how it could be patched temporarily, or what my options were as far as replacement. My unit unfortunately needed a total replacement. The outdoor unit, indoor unit in the attic, all the ductwork, and all the parts and labor that came with it. After quick research, I soon discovered that All Star uses the top-of-the-line equipment, all made in the USA. They also offer financing, as this is quite an expense. They set me up with a giant portable AC unit that cooled my house overnight. The next day, they showed up at 6:15am to get started, and worked diligently until 9:15pm. During their 15-hour day, they completely upgraded my entire system, rearranging the layout so as to better push the air into my home, and had the unit cooling my house before they left for the evening. Ostyn insisted on completing - what should normally be a 2 day job - by the end of the day. A Saturday. I cannot praise these guys enough for their hard work ethic, experience and professionalism. In today’s world, it’s so rare to find a company you can actually trust with such an important part of life here in the coastal south! Take my review as a solid testimonial, and give them a call!
