            For Dennys case *************, I already showed proof that my food wasn't delivered properly. I confirmed with the store and all. I contacted the corporate office who keeps saying the franchise will refund me. Nobody has responded to numerous attempts for 2 weeks. Please refund me for this order!

            I went to the location on 4999 Highway 6 houston texas 2 weeks ago with my grandson and had the worst experience. Im still waiting to hear back from the district manager which who hasnt called like i was told he would. I was there on march 15,2024 around 8:30 pm and i got my food delivered to me 2 minutes after ordering it and it was so old and cold and disgusting. i was so disappointed but i didnt want to get mad infront of my grandbaby so i called the next day. Nobody cares there and i dont inderstand what kind of district manager they have that never cares to reach out to there customers to listen especially since they know there is no store manager at that location. The service was horrible and they didnt even give us napkins knowing i had a 2 year old with me. i use to like Dennys but after that night i will never go there again and i will tell everybody about this bad experience i had and how nobody cares there !!!
