I purchased a preowned 2020 **** from this dealership at the end of July. The dealership put new tires on this vehicle and I have had two of these tires have broken cords or belts causing separation in the tire. The dealership has replaced one of the tires, which I appreciate, but I have had a second tire do the same thing. I have made 6 calls for the General Manager and left messages. He has not returned my calls. Since I have had two tires be defective, I am asking that the dealership replace all 4 of the tires with an original equipment brand of tire. Specifically, ******** or ***********, or some other equivalent brand. Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Benson Nissan put 4 brand new tires on this pre-owned truck, during our used car inspection. We also provided an additional 5th tire, sent to him free of charge, out of goodwill and trying to take care of the customer. Mr. ****** accepted the 5th tire in his previous complaint, and was satisfied. Mr. ****** has been informed that Benson Nissan can not continue purchasing new tires for the customer over 3 months post sale.

I purchased a 2023 ****** ***** in January. On 4/20 I took the car to Nissan to have the first oil change. On 4/26, the car was taken back due to making a rattle sound and grinding when accelerating. I was told the car was fine - it wasn't even looked at. On 4/28 the car broke down on the side of the highway. Back at Nissan, I was informed the car had too much oil put in. On 5/4 the car was still rattling & grinding. I was told the engine and turbo needed to be replaced. Both were replaced on 6/2. On 7/5 the car was taken back to Nissan due to the rattle and grinding still there. I was told the new turbo that was put in on 6/2 was now bad. The turbo was replaced again on 7/12. As of 7/16 the car is still rattling and grinding. 2 case numbers with customer service have been opened. I was told by one of the mechanics that the rattle & grind are 'normal' - the car "broke down" after being driven not even 4 months, it's BRAND NEW, this is NOT normal! I was told by customer service (with the 2nd case open) that I have to get a 2nd opinion from another Nissan. This is the WORST customer service I have ever had. I would NOT recommend Nissan to anyone, ever. There is clearly something wrong with this car & Nissan needs to take responsibility of it and replace the car. They're still getting their monthly payment so that's all that matters to them, right? Nissan has only offered a rental car for 3 days, out of the whole 3 months the issue has been going on. They have not offered anything with the payments. Nissan is not helping with anything!

Mrs. ***** and myself sat down and went over the car today and some of her problems and concerns. We did discuss that a potential buyback is between Nissan and the customer, and doesn't involve the dealership outside of being an intermediary. At Benson Nissan, we pride ourselves in customer service, and are disappointed she has had a bad experience with the car. We would like to help her however possible, and we spoke about an incoming unit that would suit her needs, and her budget, and will reach out when the car arrives in the next several weeks to attempt to trade her out of the vehicle.

I bought a new car. They delivered it to my house. Told me it needed some work on it, and I would have to bring it in for service. I dropped the car off, they said it would be 2 days. I called on day 3, they said it would be 2 more days. Since then they have ignored all of my phone calls. I still have no information about what is going on with my car. It has been 11 days so far.

Spoken to customer, catalytic converters may not be needed to pass NC emission test. Will stay in touch so he is able to get his car tagged and titled.
