    "Benson Hyundai's service department scheduled an appt a week in advance then purposely canceled it nefariously to inconvenience customer under false pretense of needing to order more parts and fabrication of needing further inspection or requiring inspection appts. They purposely moved my vehicle to sales and hid my keys upon pickup then closed the office maliciously attempting to keep me from obtaining my vehicle."
