      I have used them a few times,last time I got a loan from them I paid two payments on the loan,and I got some money from some property I sold went in and paid the loan in full.Then about a year or so later I went in to get another loan and was told I never paid anything on the last loan,and I couldn't find the receipt from paying it off,never had them call saying I was behind on anything,I know the person working at the ******** ***** ***** took that 1200.00 dollars I paid to pay the loan off,and said it was a charge off.maybee corporate needs to keep an eye out for their employees that handle their business.

      I have been trying to do business with this company, send all the documents for them to review and they keep informing me that they are busy,i've been calling since February 29 2024,Friday March 1st 2024 and today is March 5 2024. I understand that it's tax season and they do receive customers in person but people that call over the phone is customers too.i called again today for the third time and they still telling me they are busy and they might have a answer for me tomorrow.they just don't have time to review my documents.

      I currently have an account with these people. If u fall behind r miss a pymt they call every day instead of charging the acct off like a normal creditor would do after so many miss pymts. They are very rude every1 n this company. I tried my best 2 keep my patience with them and it just don't work with them. The regional manager told me 1 time that the store manager would be handled for being rude2 me. I stated I wanted her fired because it someone is having a hard time how talking 2 them rudely is going 2make them generate money. It only add fuel to the flame. Literally after my complaint about how I was treated the same manager called me again so as a result nothing was done about the situation and the regional manager told me whatever she thought I wanted to hear 2 get me off the phone. Incident #2 I tried 2report them 2 another manager at a different branch and get my acct switch 2 a different store and instead of helping me they n turn call the store where my acctis located and started another ball of confusion. So I ask the person is this how ure company handle business. I was trying to remove myself from yall office if yall have a problem with the way I pay my acct. Well that didn't work. Even though i don't have the $$ to pay them I have to answer my phone when they call and communicate with them give them a date when I know I can't pay it n order for them to say u say u was going to pay us on this day why u didn't and they have such nasty attitudes that I didn't keep the payment arrangement. However it was only made so they would stop calling. When I got the loan they ask for references not people 2 call when I don't make payments. Calling my references has cause a lot of confusion cuz by doing so it has cause several arguments with my family. Had I known that I would have use different references. But at the time of the application it was not told 2 me. Overall poor services, bad attitudes, and act like when u don't pay it's there payck they don't get

      I have had good results and easy financing with this company. They are friendly and accurate. If I ever need a loan they will be who I ask.

      Received a call from a Glen. I didn’t catch a business name. He said he was looking for a person. No last name nothing. I said, “yes and?”, as I was trying to figure out what this person needed. I told him I was not the person he was looking for. He proceeded to tell me I was being smart and proceeding to yell at me and refused to let me speak. He hung up and it finally took two additional phone calls to get him to answer my question about what the name of the business was. I never caught it at the beginning of the phone call or maybe there was bad service. This human being was rude, impatient, and a hot head. He threatened some type of action against who ever it was they were calling for, and I don’t think they are supposed to tell anyone that. Glen is completely unprofessional in all sense. I have never never obtained a loan from Security finance or Glen, and I never will. Security finance needs to hire more professional people. Selling a loan or collecting a debt should be handled just as gently. I don’t know how this guys gets to call someone who is not a customer and act like that.

      I have never dealt with this company ever. I’m not sure if someone I know used my number as a contact, but I have blocked the number. I have received multiple calls a day from them. All they do is leave their name and number, no other information.

      It is our policy to only contact third parties (e.g., customer references) when we are unable to make contact with our customer for a specified period of time and believe that the contact information we have for our customer may no longer be accurate. The purpose of the telephone call is to obtain updated contact information for our customer. It is also our practice to remove from a customer’s account the telephone numbers of any reference who does not want to be contacted by us. If the reviewer will contact our Customer Relations and Dispute Department at **************, we would be happy to mark the telephone number being called in our computer system as a cease for telephone calls.

      They call 3 times in the matter of an hour and a HALF. Log your calls so this doesn’t happen! Misty and Manuela just blow your phone up constantly and will call you back. I had a call at 2:35 and then another one at 2:40 and then ANOTHER ONE at 4:14 it’s getting really old.

      I received a call from someone name Michael or Vincent S****, when he first called me he said his name was Michael, when I called him Michael, he started yelling at me and said his name wasnt Michael it was Vincent S****. He was very rude, whenever I tried to ask a question he would talk over me and start yelling and then ask me why I am yelling at him. The number he is calling from is from a Tech company it appears. When I told him I was not comfortable giving any information over the phone, he became even more rude, and angry. I hung up and blocked the number.

      I have never been in contact with this company but they removed $323.00 from my debit card account in 3 separate transaction on July 13, 2023. I have no idea who this company is or who they do business with. I have never had a loan with them or any affiliates.
