    I stayed at this apartment complex from January 2023-October 2023. I faced an hardship on top of I kept having issues with my apartment so I gave a 60 day notice I cleaned the apartment and moved out a week before the 60 day notice was supposed to be completed because i didn’t want to pay November’s rent the company kept my deposit and charged me the rest of
    The months I was supposed to

    Lashawn the Abner manager was notified several times about the condition of the apartment that I was renting. The apartment was unlivable due to roaches. Lashawn claimed she had the apartment sprayed for the bugs. Myself and my three children were affected by these conditions due to asthma and allergies. We couldn't even turn the heat on because the poison used for the bugs caused breathing issues. I wrote Lashawn and asked for her to move me to another apartment and she agreed. This never happened. We had to stay at hotels and a family members home if we didn't want to sleep with roaches crawling and having physical allergic reactions to these deplorable living conditions. I withheld rent due to the extreme conditions and Lashawn evicted myself and my children leaving us homeless. What you see in the below pictures are minimum to the evidence I have.
