    Starting off I have never in my life lived in student housing nor know student housing rules. When you go to Auden Upstate website no where on there does it say student housing. I have been communicating with Auden going on weeks now and not one did any of the 3 people I have spoken with mentioned it was student housing, nor mention the amount of rent that would be paid. No where on the lease does it say that it is an individual nor was we told this person pays this much this person pays this much. The lease only has the person name and the amount of 764. Not once does it say you ( the person ) will be paying 764 nor does it say the other tenant will be 764. Yes we signed separate leases but on the lease I currently have my boyfriend is my roommate and we signed the same lease exactly like we did with auden. he had to pay his application fee and everything else just like i did. In this case it was waved and the lease is full of stuff that’s coming out of the manger on sites mouth and not on the paper (lease) that i signed so what he saying is inaccurate if that is not what i have read nor have been told. I am intending to vacate the lease and I have not stayed in the apartment I was suppose to move in on october 1 2023. It was filthy and I have videos to prove it. They intended to move me to another unit if so you would have to make up a whole new lease and not just intend to hand me a new set of keys like the manger on site tried to do. If the first apartment was filthy and you’re trying to just move me to another unit and I am just supposed to believe your judgement when the one I was suppose to move in on october 1 was suppose to be move in ready no I wouldn’t trust nothing coming out of your mouth . Then stated that he does not work on weekends but some how you where there when I arrived at 1. Also claimed that is when he processed my money order on October 1 at 1pm. When that was given to him on Friday September 29, 2023 around 4:44. I just want a refund. 0/100

    If I could rate zero I would. This place has gone to hell. The staff is obsolete. The residents are disgusting. Trash is all over the place. They are just throwing trash in the walkways and stairwell. They need to find out who is doing this before it becomes a bigger problem with bugs. No one ever answers emails or return calls. Can't get anyone at the corporate level. Will not be renewing my kids lease.
