    May 2023 I was asked by a friend to co-sign for her to get her teeth done. I made it very clear not to put me as the main person or I would not co-sign. They assured me the would not make me the main person. Then I guess they could not get the financing.. so the administrative person put the loan in my name solely. The friend was not even put on the account at all. I call the dentist several times I even went up there and talked to Dr B**** . He told me he would check into it and give me a call. He never called me back and the problem was never fixed. This I why I am writing.

    The mere fact that I have to give any time to this is ridiculous.  For sake of HIPPA law, I will not be discussing my patient or any details of the procedure or case.  In regards to this claim, the account is completely false.  Yes, the complaintant  came with my patient to her visit and was there to co-sign for the patients financial commitment.  However, this is the only truth being told.  Once the third party financing with a company named Proceed was introduced to the patient and the complaintant, all that ensued is and was completely out of the hands of my office and all of its protocol.  As a matter of fact, he was informed by Proceed that they did not allow or use co-signers of any kind in their financing.  Once this was understood, Proceed financing then e-mailed the complaintant all forms to be signed.  The complaintant read the documents, which my patient was listed solely as the patient and the complaintant as the sole guarantor and borrower of the loan.  He signed the documents and the rest is as they say, history.  

    I can only imagine what had happened was he was not paid in the timely manner or desire he wished and now has borrower's remorse.  Regardless, this has nothing to do with my office and everything to do with the complaintant and the borrowing of funds under all paperwork supplied by the lending company, Proceed.  This claim is false, and borders on defamation.  Along with this I have had to deal with his review of my practice, to which he is not even a patient.  Please feel free to contact me if you desire.
