            I wouldn't use this company again. Before 1 year the carpets are ravelling at the edges. Plus the samples and what they actually installed were totally different

            Hi Ms. *******, I am truly sorry that you feel this way about the services we provided for you last year. We warranty our labor for one year. We have not heard from you since the services were rendered. We stand behind our work. Had you contacted our office, I would have gladly sent our service technician out to correct any issues that arose as a result of our service delivery. Our mission is to always strive to deliver the highest standard of service, at an affordable price. I reviewed your file. We installed carpet, laminate flooring, we repaired your subfloors, and we removed mold and mildew from your home along with other services. Please contact our office at ************ at your earliest convenience so that we can schedule an appointment for our Operations Manager to come out and resolve your concerns. Again, we truly value you, and your business. We look forward to speaking with you soon.
