    On July 9, 2024 We made hotel reservations through AARP/ Expedia and paid for our 1 night stay at Rodeway Inn, Santee SC. The charge on 7/10/2024 we paid to AARP/ Expedia was $99.82 for 1 night July 13 to July 14, 2024. Upon checkin the Manager, said Expedia payment was canceled and they required us to to pay $83.46 but wouldn’t charge us once they called Expedia. Upon check out the repeated. Today according to their corporate CS the hotel refunded us the $83. 46. But according to our account today 7/20/2024 the hotel charged us again for $83.46 showing as a (-) minus. We paid $99.82on 7/9 to AARP/ Expedia. On 7/15 we paid Rodeway in $83.46. Then again today $83.46 to Rodeway Inn. Total $266.74

    I am writing in regards to my complaint against Rodeway Inn I-95. The company has since contacted us and we have been reimbursed for the double charge. I thank you for your assistance in resolving my complaint.

    We stayed at Choice Hotel, Santee, SC. Paid for 2 rooms. Walked into the 1st room. Bottle cap behind door, pill on floor, dirt on floor. The closet had MOLD ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DOOR. Bathroom was FILTHY. DIRT, MOLD, paper on floor by toilet. I have NEVER been in a motel room so filthy. I went to my sons room.. His room was not good but ok. We slept in our clothes. I have emailed the General Manager, ****** ************. NO answer at all. I have tried to email the Corporate offices, and just can't get an email to go thru. I am sorry. about this, but so disgusted. I did take a lot of pictures. I would really like my money credited back to my account. Yes. we should have left, we were exhausted and had driven from Jersey. There was a golf tournament going on, we had stopped at other places and they were full. Thank you for whatever you can do for me.
