The neighbor's tree fell on my property and was removed by this company. When I got home I saw that they had either driven over the septic clean out or dragged the large tree over the septic clean out and crunched it. I have called 4 times but they are not returning my call. I need help getting them to repair the damage they caused.

    Business Response

    Date: 01/30/2024

    To Whom It May Concern,
We received this letter on Friday, January 26, 2024. I have attached a postmarked envelope indicating that it is postmarked on January 22, 2024. I was unable to respond to the complaint online using the link provided therefore I am emailing the response.
We emphatically deny the allegations that the maintenance men for Hub City Management damaged the septic cap at *** ********** **. The tree that fell did not fall in the area that the cap is located, it is approximately 15 feet away from the location. There were no trucks driven in the vicinity of the septic cap. Additionally, the cap was observed to be broken by one of the maintenance men upon arrival, prior to any tree removal having begun.
While we are incredibly sorry that this occurred, it was not caused by our company nor was it caused by the maintenance men who removed the tree from the property. We believe that it was an existing problem that was only noticed because the fallen tree drew it to attention.

I tried to attach some of the above on the last email but it stated the files were too big. I hope they come through now.
As you can see in one of the pictures I circled where the septic is approximately located under the branch that fell off the tree.
The large tree trunk that they left at the curb and the city won't pick up is on a video and it won't let me attach it.

Let me know if you need anything else.
    Respectfully,
