So I went to a mobile home dealer and bought a used mobile home for 16000 cash the first law he broke was on my receipt he wrote 10,000 for trailer and 6000 for removal of addition. I really don’t know why he wrote that. But I was under the impression that the only work it needed was where the addition was removed. the next day I went to DMV to take care all the paperwork and I notice that he had check the box that said not for habitation that box was not checked when I signed the contract when I went to county building I seen that box and I called him in my mind I got 3 days to cancel I ask him why this box was check he quote said because of the addition that was remove and he said he does it to all his tradei in it so yes there was an addition that left an empty hole in the wall no siding so I took him at his word. When they moved it the mover puts a hole in my floor refuse to give me his insurance information the following day after the move it was raining in the trailer so when it stop I pulled the sheet rock down and mold was everywhere after the move a panel fell off where the water heater was that was full of mold the wall in front almost fell down when I fell into it because of my dog I have pictures of it all the owner and mover hustle me out of more money the day of the move I was quoted 3000 I got a text at 730 am saying it was now 4000 I said no I was told 3000 the owner called me 15 mins later said he wasn’t gonna do unless I paid he says look you pay 500 I’ll pay 500 let’s just get it done I paid 500 but he didn’t mover told me I owe him 500 they hustle me this guy committed fraud Still never got my ac that goes with it they never made the connection for electric septic water
