    9/21/22 my neighbor and myself paid the trees service a total of $2,500 to cut the hazardous limbs because the tree is shared between the properties. They agreed. During the job I heard a loud boom later I found out by my neighbor that the worker dropped a limb on my house. They witnessed it happen. I was inside the home at the time. When I bought it to the workers attention, they didnt deny what my neighbor says happened. I tried contacting the owner and no answer. I tried contacting tree Services insurance company but I found out that the certificate of liability insurance was bogus/forged. To resolve this issue I would like my home repaired. Damages are estimated at about $60,000.

    This job was completed over the span of 2 days. I was on-site for one of those days. Upon completion of the job, we do a walk-thru with the customer to ensure everything is to their satisfaction and resolve any issues while on-site.
    Both ******************** and his neighbor indicated they were happy with the job and paid in full for our services. It wasnt until 4-5 days after completion of the job that I get a phone call from ******************** claiming a limb fell on his roof causing a crack on his foundation.
    Nowhere in his description of the events to me, does ******************** mention damages to his shingles, gutters or even drywall to logically substantiate the kind of force it would take for a fallen limb to crack his foundation.
    A few days after his call, I receive a phone call from someone claiming to be his attorney. I requested any information to be sent to me in writing by mail.

    To this date, I have not received any information from either ******************** or his attorney.******************** did not bring up any issues during our walk thru, even when as far as paying us in full. I respectfully deny any allegations of doing damage to his property.
