I bought a 2016 *** ****** from the **** dealership which I filed a complaint on them as well so Im just here to review because the initial problem did not start with **** However *** has not helped the situation either! I bought this *** last year and I have brought it to *** about the same issue at least 5-6 times since October. They have yet to fix the problem! My car is currently there has been for 2 weeks because they waited a week to get it approved by my warranty then they said they had the part but then it was out of stock by the time the approval came so they had to order the part and now I have to wait until Friday for it to be fixed! Mind you I know this problem has been the problem this whole time but they have not helped me at all but yet continue to make me pay for spark plugs every time which is $330 every time because warranty doesnt cover it! Well if you would have fixed it the first time around I wouldnt need to keep paying for the same spark plugs to be replaced! Before this they told me it was nothing they could do until I have a combustion cleaning which i $700! Then they said that *** not fix it. Now my turbo went out in my engine now they are so called fixing it! The engine light has been on this entire time! The car has been burning oil this entire time! It takes for my car to break down on the side of the road and be towed in to fix it! This entire experience has been a complete nightmare! We are sorry you are experiencing issues with your vehicle. The first time that this vehicle was seen by JTs was with over ******* miles in May 2023. This vehicle contains a high output turbo engine. I had booked a Kia *** and paid $750 as the advance booking charges. After some research I found that EV9 is not eligible for Tax credit. So I asked ******* to cancel the order and return my deposit of $750. After multiple emails also there was no response. So decided to got to the dealership directly and talk to them. After talking they agreed to refund the money and gave me a refund transaction slip. I saw the amount back as pending on my credit card on the day this transaction took place. From the 2nd day till now the amount has never been credited back into my account. So I called the bank and asked them to check and they said the dealership has cancelled the refund after issuing me the Refund/Return slip. Isn't this cheating?JT's Kia of Rock Hill Response

I would love to help this customer further. I believe this review stemmed from not being able to reverse funds on a credit card card. This issue has since been completed and I believe we are in the process of selling a vehicle to the customer .Review from Paul H

My wife and I bought a 2022 Seltos from here. The sales experience was on par with what you'd expect from a dealership, pressuring you to buy things you don't need and trying to get you to finance through them but nothing we didn't expect and not as bad as some places. My main issue came from when we had the car serviced the second time, after the standard service they took my car back to give it a free wash without my permission, and the company they have detailing cars did a poor job cleaning it, might be ok for a used car that has normal wear and tear, a car you'd take through an automatic wash or something, but not a new car you spent $1,000 detailing, paint correcting and ceramic coated by a professional. I don't let anyone else wash that car. It cost me $300 to fix what they did. I talked to the service manager, ***************, that same day and he agreed they shouldn't have done it that way and promised to pay for whatever my detailer charged to fix it. It ended up being $300 to fix what they did, I've been in a couple of times to try and get what's owed but so far to no avail. I keep hearing that they'll hand me a check or that the ** is out or whatever. I've had enough of waiting so I decided to write this review as it seems people's word just isn't worth anything anymore. Not only will I have my car serviced elsewhere from here on but I won't buy anything else from this place either.Review from Drake T

********************* is the worst salesman for a car I have ever come across he doesnt need to be selling cars if he going to yell at my gmaw and tell us to get the h*** out he is vulger disrespectful and has an attitude from down under he doesnt need to be selling cars if he treats his customers like that how he won salesman of the year beats me but he is a terrible car salesman and person this is unacceptable and needs to be fixed I will never recommend or buy from *** again because of this experience yall just lost a good customer and a future family all because of one salesman thank you but we did go to ***** on ***************** and got this amazing and beautiful 2019 ***** civic he argued with us over a $473 negotiable price and told us to leave so we did just that and got a newer car with lower miles so the only way he was helpful was by sending us to ***** on *****************Review from Luis M

BUYER BEWARE! The post-experience of buying a used car at ******* is awful to say the least. They lost my trade-in tag and now I cant drive my car. They wont return my calls and theyre totally unapologetic. ****** was the salesperson.JT's Kia of Rock Hill Response

O star!!! I was informed my engine was gone in my 2017 Kia ****** Which is crazy! They have class action suit in their engine and dont want to pay for their default equipment. I am trying to go about either joining in on the suit or filing my own lawsuit against *** because this your company problem not mine.JT's Kia of Rock Hill Response

Customer brought vehicle in on 1/3/23. Customer stated that battery was completely dead, and would not start. Customer authorized the diagnostic be done. After diagnostic was done. Customer had vehicle towed out. We have not had the car in the service department for any engine concerns since the last time. It was in the shop here. If there are other concerns currently we are unaware of them nor has the vehicle back to our shop since January 3, 2023.Review from Michael C

Jts *** is a rip off, my son bought a car from them, he lives in **, they would not transfer the tag and yet charged him tax, title and tag fees, they did not even pay the taxes. I will never recommend anyone buying a car from there.JT's Kia of Rock Hill Response

All the title work on them Childers deal was done for the ***********************, in which ******************** and his son both signed. And as far as the taxes not being paid, that is incorrect as well. The taxes on the vehicle purchased where paid 1/2/23 which was within the allotted 45 days. We have the *** transaction receipt if customer would like a copy.JT's Kia of Rock Hill Response

I want sure what the actual complaint is that this customer has with our dealership. Withholding information regarding a vehicle inquiry? Again I am unsure of what their complete actually is. I went in July 15th, told the Francis K**** that I needed a car around the $350s the first car he tried to sale me the payments were $541, he let what I said go in one ear and out the other. Then he wanted me to look at a Rio brand new. I told him I had no interest in a new car and wanted something used. I sat in the dealership for 5 HOURS because he was more Inter in trying to date me than get me in a car. I was the last customer to leave the dealership that day after I came in at 2:00pm that day. I need to get paperwork done and I told him I would get with him the following week when my father was off to do the paperwork. He blew up my phone, called my insurance company telling them I didn't have insurance on the car and I did in fact have it. I told him I would meet him at the dealership at 7pm. Get to the dealership and he's nowhere to be found. I hate having my time wasted and after 5 hours, numerous phone calls harassing me about what I needed to get done he was nowhere to be found, I was LIVID!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! First and last time for sure. STOP PUTTING MEDIOCRE SALESMEN ON THE FLOOR WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING WHO WASTE PEOPLES TIME!!! My car will be financed through family trust from this day forward. I hate dealerships that won't even let you get out of your **** car, then swarm around you and don't even have half of their own **** together.Review from Nordia S

I traded in my car and forgot some personal belongings behind. I reached out to sales rep who said it's ok for me to pick up. When I went to pick up they could not find my stuff and was told it would be shipped. A month later and im still waiting on the manager to call me back. I called several times and no response. I gave them 5 stars now they ignoring me because the lost or threw away my personal items. This is not customer service. If you can't locate my items Say so and reimburse me. They have lost a loyal customer. They are UNPROFESSIONAL!
