      We tried to start the heat portion of our Heat and A/C unit in early October, however it would not heat. I called ***** Heating and Cooling on Thursday, 10/3/23, and set up a service call by one of their technicians. Within two hours a technician named ******* called me and said he could be at our house within 30 minutes. He came, diagnosed the problem, and offered us a couple of options. Due to the age of our unit we decided to replace the entire system. ******* gave us a projected date to do the work, Thursday, 10/12/23, and on that date he came to our house. By 4:00pm he and his assistant had our new system in place and operating perfectly. Their approach to our problem was very professionally handled and we appreciated their efficient repair methods in doing the job as they promised. We would recommend ***** to anyone who is having heating and A/C problems. ************
