    Had them replace my ac unit
    A year later, the evap froze because of a leak. It took multiple calls for them to take care of it. Again in a year it happened again and this time they refuse to return my call. They told me to have someone else to fix it and emailed the warranty. Still paying for it. They were willing to replace the system and collect money but not warranty their product or service. Ron, the owner, refuse to talk to me. We have no air, wife and one daughter has asthma and I have breathing issues because of time in the desert. We shelter sick and elderly cats which two have died. We are on a fix budget and he knows that. Called another company and the return is small for the size of the evap. Should not have to replace a unit that should not broke a second time.
