Late January, my husband and I got an estimate for a new roof. The roof was being replaced do to weather damage and the claim was paid by our insurance company *********. We got an estimate from Olympus Home and decided to go with them. Olympus sent a crew out to re do the roof. We I came home from work I notice it was hot in the house. I turn on the air the day before and it was cooling. We called out our servicer ***** ****** Appliance Service Co. to look at the HVAC Unit. We were told that doing the process of Olympus installing the roof, they put nails through the AC line and all the freon had leaked out. We had to have the line replace which intel them going into the attic and running another line. We ask Olympus to pay for it because it was their workers that did the damage. They refuse and stated the AC company installed the line wrong to start with. My husband and I paid $1700 plus dollar to get our AC unit repaired. We want our money back because we felt like we were in a cross road between the AC company and the roofing company blaming each other and no one wanted to pay. If we could please get so help with this matter I would appreciate it so much. Thank you
