    Joe Hopkins Concrete installed new concrete at my house recently, then used hand rollers to apply a sealant called ******* 100 clear guard. Any legit concrete company knows better than to roll on sealant on a 3-hour new concrete pour, except Joe. Called Joe, and he said he always pours sealer on a new concrete pour all the time. Unfortunately, Joe should have waited 28 days, but he was too busy trying to get the greenback money of 24000. Joe didn't read the Data Sheet for the sealer, as it states you can spray it on after 72 hours when you can walk on the concrete, but not before. Called Joe, but he yelled and screamed at me, stating he always does this, but I told him to roll it on. That isn't so, and Joe should have known how sealer works, but his crew was rolling it with shoes on, and one guy was in socks rolling it, wow. Not a good experience at all.
