              Both my mom and brother were in a car accident which left them both on Ventilators. Unfortunately I had no time to go through the bills and was told the electricity was interrupted. I asked representative ******** if the interruption fee would not be waived under the circumstances and was denied. There comes a point when. compassion has to come into life circumstances.

              Lynches River is a very sad company in the modern world. I am not sure about others but there bill is either late arriving, normally after I get an automated call on disconnect for non payment of bill or not at all like this month. When called they always give the same excuse of it is due to the ***** then why is it only Lynches River Bills that are like this? All other mail arrives on time. I tried to set up an automatic payment using a credit card, you know like most every modern company does in *******! But no they do not set up automatic payment using a credit card, but they will take your credit card over the phone or online for a payment?? They want us, their customers to give them out bank account and routing number, really?? I will not give out that information to no one and their antiquated business practices really need to come up to modern times like there high cost for power and internet...
