      Zero Stars Review 1 Star for the view ************** 6G Thomas Beach Vacation Rentals ********************* was unclean, unsanitary, black mold, bug infested, never been vacuumed, one of the toilets leaked, dishes and utensils left with old food, microwave had spills that were never cleaned, cupboards had food spills never cleaned, dead bugs underneath countertop placemat. The most disgusting place Ive ever seen or experienced. I will never go through Thomas Beach Vacation Rentals again.

Ensuring our guests have a comfortable and well-maintained environment is our priority.When you reported the cleaning concerns, we offered a complimentary re-clean of the unit to promptly address the issues. It was your choice to decline this offer. Therefore, we issued a refund of over $200 as a gesture of goodwill and as compensation for any oversight in cleaning. Additionally, we sent gift certificates to cover a waived reservation fee and a complimentary linen package for any future stays, in hopes of regaining your trust in our *********** regard to the maintenance issue with the toilet, we dispatched our maintenance team, and the repair was completed the following day after it was reported.We value your input, as it allows us to improve our standards and services. Should you have any additional concerns or wish to discuss your experience further, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for your feedback.

      0 stars! We stayed in a Thomas Beach Rental, Atlantic Attitude, this summer for a week. From day 1 we were nothing but disappointed and disgusted. We visit *** every year and this has been the worst house our large family has ever rented. We are a forgiving and easy going group and tried hard to help and understand but living conditions in this particular house were not at all satisfactory. From literal puddles of ants in a bed, trains of ants along base boards and windows throughout the house to an entire side of the home leaking so badly the huge window in the dining area had rain water pouring in from the woodwork and the rotting wood falling off in chunks. There was mold on walls throughout the home. The house from the start was smelly and filthy. Mid week a dirty rotten milk filled infant bottle (not ours!!) was found under the ant filled bed (explained a lot bc we knew not to have food out of the kitchen with the war on ants we fought from day 1!) which lead to all under beds being searched and so much nasty trash being found!! We knew day 1 the housekeepers were worthless and did nothing but come back trying to dig thru garbage to find something they clearly had hid in there. Thats a whole other story but absolutely the case. Ridiculously obvious what they did and didnt do but again we tried to clean it up for ourselves and not immediately complain but it kept getting worse. The refrigerator only partially worked- an entire whole side of the fridge was completely down. We tried everything to get it fixed and no one ever showed up to work on it despite our calls. The kitchen sink continuously leaked a steady flow of water. The two jet tubs didnt work. The pool table/cues were disgusting broken down junk. And Thomas posted a fake great review of the property dated for when we were there that wasnt from us!!! Our needs and calls for attention and help were met with nothing but excuses!!! Half of my family left early! We will never use them again!

Please note that we made several attempts to contact you via phone and email to discuss and resolve the concerns you raised. Two days prior to check-out, you reported an issue with ants, and our team promptly responded. However, as pest issues can take time to resolve, especially after a tropical storm like Debbiewhich may have exacerbated pest activity due to heavy rainfallimmediate results are not always achievable.Additionally, we were informed about a dryer issue, which our maintenance team successfully repaired on the same day it was reported. We make every effort to address reported issues as quickly as possible and in a manner that meets our standards for guest satisfaction.We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short of what you expected from Thomas Beach Vacations. Should you wish to discuss this further, please dont hesitate to reach out to us. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our services and to provide a better experience in the future.

      Thomas Beach broke a Beach rental agreement for July *********************. They said that above property is no longer listed. They said sorry, but that we have to find another rental on our own. We planned this vacation for a whole year. Very unprofessional. NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THE WORST

      We sincerely regret that the property was no longer on our rental program. Often, owners sell or remove the properties from our program. We go above and beyond to place guests in other accommodations when this occurs. **************** is key to our family-owned business.       Check in is horrible. Didn't get in until after 5. Said we would a text when cleaning was done. Room had been cleaned for 2 hrs and still never got a text. Had to finally go down there and complain several times. Finally got ************. Several broken chairs that are not safe to sit in. Clean linens had stains in them that were horrible. Internet was a joke. Could not use..TV's we out dated and 2 didn't even work. 5 gallon of used paint left in one room. Beds were absolutely horrible. Says queens in a couple of rooms..Must be 1970's queen sizes. Had to have been there since the condo was built. Chairs on the balcony were old, outdated and broke. Parking garage is small and hard to maneuver in. Come close to hitting other cars exiting and entering the facility. Better have a small vehicle. Allow 12 guest but only 2 parking spots. Have parking across the street for ***** a day. *********************** 705 is a disgrace to vacation stays.

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Renting an oceanfront 6 bedroom house with a pool in ************ Beach. We rented the same house last year. This year the pool was filthy when we checked in and unusable. We contacted Thomas Beach and was told they had until 6:00pm that day to clean it. The representative was very rude. No pool service and we called back at 6:05, office was closed until Sunday at noon. We contacted the after hours number and was told nothing could be done. Called in Sunday at noon and was told pool service was scheduled for Monday and nothing could be done. I went to the office and the representative called her manager and the manager said the pool would be cleaned yesterday afternoon. It's Monday and the pool still has not been cleaned. Additionally, there are ants in 3 of the bedrooms, in the living room, and both porches. I woke up yesterday with one crawling across my face. This morning a rep from the cable company came to our door and said we have an issue with the ****************** he has to get to the boxes in the house. Waiting on Thomas Beach to call us back so the closet can be unlocked for technician. For $15k a week I expect less problems and more fun. It doesn't take much to provide good customer service.

      This guest is still inhouse (staying with us). He has been contacted today, July 11, 2023. The pool has been cleaned. The ant situation has been taken care of via an exterminator. In addition, the Internet has been repaired and is in service. This guest also has been compensated for the problems he encountered during his stay. The guest accepted the offer and said he will remove his negative posts from social media and the BBB.
