Placed and order for glasses at buy 2 get 1 free and 1- 2.0 reading glasses when I got shipping notification it showed only 2 glasses we’re shipping I contacted customer service saying my order was wrong (got email proof) they replied that in fact I was getting the 3 pair and 1 reading glasses. When package arrived only 1 pair of glasses ( the 2.0 reading glasses) now email from customer service saying that’s all I ordered. I have all emails to and from customer service as well as bank account records showing 3 charges from them and screenshot of order when placed. I was refunded $34.95 after first complaint.Business Response

I keep getting charged $29.99 from Honey and Pine when I did not order a subscription from them. I was charged today July 5th, 2025. This is not the first time me seeing this charge. The number doesn't even ring it just it's off. They need to be found out and stoppedBusiness Response

On 02/03 Essence and Honey charged me $29.99, on 03/05 Honey and Pine charged me $29.99, on 04/04 Essence and Honey charged me $29.99, on 05/04 Honey and Pine charged me $29.99.
I have contacted the company numerous times requesting a credit for their errors in charging me .
Nothing has been done to date. Looks like I am going to be forced to change credit cards to avoid future stealing.Customer Answer

Since my letter to you, they tried again using TRYHIVEANDHONEY. My bank rejected the claim and I had to get a new credit card. I appreciate your help. Every month they use a different name than the name in the previous month. Please rate them as unscrupulous.

I google searched places to buy unscented hair spray. This place Honey and Pine showed up. I did not place an order it looks like, but they billed me $29.99. In the recent past I found monthly charges on this credit card from this company and the credit card fraud team or the BBB had the charges reversed. Now a new one appears. Also one from their sister company Pine and Essence--for $23.95 appears this time. I really want these things to stop. I have to spend a lot of time going over all my credit card charges--tiny as they are--just to feel responsible and not waste money to people like this. Thank you if you can help, or for trying even if you can't help! It is possible they sent me some unsolicited item, I'm always worried that I'm missing something, but I doubt it. The other scam is companies sending random things and billing for them, or sending two when I order one and billing for two. But I'm not aware of this company doing that to me yet.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company in January 2025 unbeknownst me when I placed my order I was signed up for some monthly membership that charges my credit card $29.99 a month. I have tried calling the phone number and it doesn't go through. I have been charged twice, February and March 2025. On 1/6/25 I ordered and paid for an item from this company. On 1/1725 they charged an additional 29.99 to my credit card and then again on 2/1625. They refunded the second charge because my credit card flagged it as fraud. I want the first charge also refunded. They claim I signed up for some program, but I did not. There’s no mention of this in any of the emails they sent in reference to my order. And I want them reported as a fraudulent company that scams money out of people.
