    I checked in at 12:30 pm on 2/16/25. At 1:30 pm someone with a key entered my room while I was there. I yelled at him and he said sorry wrong room. Same thing happened at 2:30 am on 2/17/25. I requested a full refund from Charlene at front desk for 2/16 and 2/17. She billed me 2 nights. I didn't stay there 2/17. I would like a refund for 2 nights, $158.00.

    I was charged for days that I didn't stay and the room was charged on my card with out my concent or my authority to do it a friend that had originally got the room in his name had asked me to put the room on my card for one night cause his pay from his job hasn't been put on his card and wouldn't be till the following day and asked me if I would put the room on my card for just one night I agreed to do so in respects that he would make sure that I get repayment on the room the following day 8 went to the motel gave the woman my card and said I would like to pay for my friends room just for one night and the front attendent got me to sign the authorization form for renting the room and it be charged to my card for one night but two weeks down the road 8 come to find out my room was charged for 4 more days plus a fee for someone smoking in the room I called and went down to the motel trying to correct the situation but the manger was rude and told me that since i used my card I was responsible for everything and the manager asked the woman at the front desk if a ortarazation form was signed and she said no and then the manager said that I was responsible for everything and that's just the way it goes I tried to talk to her and explain to her I only signed for one night and made it clear it was supposed to be only for one night but I come to find out that I was charged for 5 nights total and a clean up fee of almost 300 dollars. 8 can understand being charged for one night but I don't agree to all 8 was charged and it's not even my signature and I can't be responsible for everything cause the original owner of the _r9om never signed the release f)orm_so if I'm correct I'm only responsible for the one night 8 signed for and the person who was in the room he's responsible since the form wasn't signed as it was suppose to be so the manager was not only rude but lied to me the only thing I'm asking for is a card adjustment on the days I didn't ortherize and the fee
