After receiving a quote from Holy City GutterWorks, LLC for installation of gutters and downspouts for our entire home, we decided to hire them for our project. After the installation we discovered they missed a 12 foot section of gutter with the downspout. We called them back and expressed our disappointment with the project and was informed the the salesmen that quoted the project had left the company. They were willing to come out and look at the installation which they did. They admitted that it was missed on the install but would have to provide another quote to have the section of gutter and downspout installed. The new quote was half of the cost of our entire house project. Nothing like standing behind your work!

I apologize on behalf of everyone here at Holy City Gutterworks that the experience you had with us was not up to your expectations. Please know that this was an exception. As you can see on other reviews of our company we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. When we met at your home at the end of October this year, four days after we were notified of your concern, I stated that while I was not physically present during your initial visit I had to review all facts and you had my personal commitment to improve the way our staff relays information to better serve each and every customer. We were hoping that you would have accepted the discount we offered above and beyond for the section of gutter (1/3 of what the original quote was ) that was not originally quoted , drawn up, or installed. The original salesman you met with did in-fact go on to pursue another career but this had no bearing as I explained when reviewing the paperwork provided to you and the drawing of where the gutters were installed. We do, and will, stand behind the products we sold and installed for you at the beginning of March this year. Should you every have an issue with the installation of those we are more than willing to come out free of charge and correct as promised. Until then, please accept our sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone here on the Holy City Gutterworks team!
