1 starI just received a voicemail message fromSynter Resources claiming I owe over $700 to UPS. Considering my landline is a residential phone number and I don’t have an account with UPS, nor have I received any packages from UPS, I will chalk this up to yet another scam/spam phone call.Review fromKenneth B

1 starReceived 6 back to back missed calls, no message was left on any. When I called the number that called me back *** ******* it was a voicemail that said "The person at extension **** is unavailable please leave a message". Well seeing as there was obviously some kind of emergency warranting 6 back to back calls I called the number back. Ronnie (sp?) answered the phone and in a muffled unenthusiastic tone 'Synter group this is Ronnie on a recorded line, How can I help you?'. I explained the 6 back to back calls to which Ronnie's response was "Nobody called you 6 times." at which point he ended the call. He then ignored the next call. I called back again to find out the name of the company since he had disconnected in such a rush without ever enunciating or verifying the name of the company he was calling from. Looked up the company online and found **** ******* as an alternative number. The lady that answered was nice enough, but was unable to transfer me to Ronnie, as he was not answering my calls. I requested Ronnie's manager and was put through to a voicemail. I left a message requesting a call back to discuss Ronnie's very poor customer service but am not going to be disappointed or surprised if I never hear back. All in all, very unprofessional company in how they handle themselves.Review fromJason B

1 starFile #******** - We were billed by YRC Freight for invoices that did not belong to us and our account was sent to Synter Resource Group for collection. I corrected the mistake and cleared up our account with YRC but Synter is still requesting payment even after I have sent them multiple copies of the documentation showing that the debt is not ours to be paid. It has been months and to date not a single call, email, or voicemail has been returned. YRC is apparently unable to contact them to clarify their mistake either. I am beyond frustrated by Synter Resource Group and I cannot understand why any company would chose to do business with them when they seem incapable of doing even the most simple task of returning an email or phone call.Review fromKaley J

1 starScam! Sent us a FedEx collection notice and when I try to get additional information, they refuse to answer the phone or respond to emails. This is not a credible business. Do NOT pay their collection notices!!!

1 starJust got a call from Dianne from Synter Resource Group on behalf of UPS, trying to reach the accounts payable department. After asking what this is in reference to, she gave me a file number and explained it was an outstanding invoice with UPS. We don't have an account with UPS and pay for any shipment at the time of shipping. I smelled scam right away and looked it up. Glad I didn't entertain the phone call any longer than I did.Synter Resource Group, LLC
