    I called twice about early check in and was assured it would be no problem after traveling all morning between an airport and driving to get there. Waited two hours for a room and I did not get the preferences that I indicated or booked. During the wait I thought I could at least get lunch and could not because the pub had no staff. I was told by THREE staff members that a manager would speak with me regarding it and no one ever came to me in person or called me. During the day of check out, the front desk lady had a serious attitude when I asked for a late check out using a VERY unprofessional tone with me giving me 30 minutes. When I came to the front desk for check out, still an attitude, speaking very unprofessional, and had the nerve to charge me for parking for both rooms I booked when I came in an **** from the airport. Rolled her eyes and again very unprofessional in her response when I asked for that adjustment. There were several events going on during my stay and they paid more attention to those who were spending more money than giving the same quality of care for everyone staying at the hotel. Finally…I AM ******* *****. I have spent A LOT of money staying at IHG hotels for work and pleasure. Not once was that recognized by any staff, my welcome gift she told me to go to the fridge and pick out a drink and some chips and again NONE of my preference or choice in room was made. My deposit for my rooms was processed when I called them three days later to inquire and I received scripted responses to their incompetence. I do not recommend this hotel at all and whenever I visit again you can be for sure it won’t be there.
