      My vehicle was taken here TWICE for service code on turbo charge. Buick Corp said take it in due to a special warranty for known turbo charge problems. Both visits I tell them codes and also was using excessive antifreeze. Both times I was told there was not a turbo charge issue nor an antifreeze problem!! When I went to pick it up 2nd time and paid the $1,150 I was quoted to get vehicle running, I heard it not wanting to crank when he went to get it. He says he don’t know but called mechanic that also said didn’t know what wrong, He told me take home and bring back in the morning! I asked did he really expect me to drive the not repaired vehicle after I just paid him $1,150?!?!! He said yes. I had no choice but It did not want to crank again after made a stop AND ran hot! I called and told him they would need to come pick vehicle up. They did come get it and brought it back with A BLOWN HEAD GASKET AND A REPAIR ESTIMATE OF $15,000 AND STILL KEPT THE $1,150 FOR REPAIR THEY DID NOT DO!
      I am a 14 year Army veteran, disabled grandmother, (breast cancer) raising my grandson for 12 years and I did not have the money for repair!! I sold heirloom jewelry for the repair. My son in law was in wreck 2024 and sustained brain injury and daughter became his caretaker. My vehicle was our only transportation! I do not have money for another vehicle and this has put me and my family in dire straits. It has been almost two months and I still have not recovered from this! Please learn from my mistake! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! AT EACH VISIT , THEY SENT LONG LIST OF COSTLY SERVICES AND CLAIM IT WAS BECAUSE I COULDN’T AFFORD THOSE SERVICES CAUSED HEAD GASKET TO BLOW. HEAD GASKET NEVER MENTIONED IN ANY SERVICES OR DIAGNOSIS AT ANY TIME! LOCAL SERVICE CENTER THATI HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED TO SAID PROBLEMS WERE FROM “TURBO CHARGE NOT REPAIRED”!!!!
