    I was a bit apprehensive when HTC initially reached out. I was already paying close to $300 per month to maintain a timeshare that I didn't want, and the last thing I wanted to do was shell out more money to a company that could potentially result in me being scammed. I chose to go with my gut and move forward with HTC, and I'm so glad I did. Their customer service, from the initial call to the congratulatory email, was superb! I can't think of one negative interaction I've had with the staff. They were sure to respond in a timely manner, were extremely knowledgeable, and just overall a pleasure to work with. If you're trying to get out of your timeshare, please give them the opportunity to help you. I'm sure I'd still be stuck in my timeshare if it wasn't for them.

    I reached out regarding my timeshare concerns that I just purchased. I spoke to a gentleman named **************, and I wasnt aware I was still in my recession period and I didnt have to pay to get out. Thank God we still have decent people in the world. I definitely will recommend this company to anyone.
