They were not able to get my timeshare cancelled but they did get it repossessed which in there eyes is cancelled but not mine.

I think this business is a sham. I was told they could help me figure out if I was even on a timeshare with my ex husband and that that timeshare was what was holding up my divorce. ********* helped me out, i filled out al paperwork. ****** was helping with the case. I sent a letter to Bluegreen like I was supposed to. I never heard a response from Bluegreen or Cancel Timeshare. I spoke with ******* on the phone once after I found out ****** had passed away. ******* told me I needed to wait to hear back from Bluegreen or cancel timeshare about getting any of my money back because nothing had been done. I waited until the two year time frame was up. I have called numerous times and do not get an answer back from *********. I have been told by ****** numerous times that I violated the contract. I did no such thing. My ex-husband told me that ********* had written it off, but I had no proof of that. Cancel Timeshare had me send a letter to Bluegreen, which I did. I never heard any response from Bluegreen or Cancel Timeshare. Now that the two years have passed, I have tried to contact *********. ********* will not return any of my phone calls. ****** finally called back today. Telling me I have violated contract, I won't get any of my money back. Cancel Timeshare did nothing to 1) find out if I was on any Bluegreen contract to begin with or 2) give me my money back when the two year time frame has come and gone when the company has not been in contact with me and neither has Bluegreen. This company is a rip-off. Don't waste your money.

Dear ******. Your review failed to mention YOUR TIMESHARE IS CANCELLED. How can you expect us to refund you when your timeshare has been cancelled? Not to mention you did violate our agreement by disclosing our working relationship directly to the developer. You have called us hundreds of times to request a refund with numerous excuses about losing your job, your divorce, etc. - none of these are related to our service or the results you received. Our refund process is clear, you must still own a timeshare to receive a refund. Not only do you not qualify for a refund, we did our job to cancel your timeshare. Please stop disparaging our company when we did exactly what we were hired for. Thanks, The Cancel Timeshare Team

Worst Decision! It's been 24 months and we timeshare is not cancelled! We signed up in May 2021, I was told my case worker ********* could get us out in 6 months..then she all of a sudden quit! I was then given ****** who all of a sudden "Died!" Then they have me ****** who gave me the same update every time I asked for one! I asked for a refund back twice and I still have not received it. After a heated discussion ********************* up on me and told me he would have the president called me but had ********* call me. Another sign this company is a bunch of scammers!!

A waste of money. I signed up for cancel timeshare and received essentially nothing for the several thousands of dollars I paid them. They advised me to stop paying my timeshare loan payment and sent 1 letter. No follow up, unless I messaged them first after weeks and weeks of not hearing anything. No other work completed. Once I finished paying them after 12 months, I never heard from them again. Worth less than nothing. I could have accomplished the same thing by just cancelling the checks going to the time share.

Looking at your profile, it appears we had numerous phone calls, texts and emails with you over since you started the process. The difference in doing this yourself and hiring Cancel Timeshare is we know what to do at each step to prevent negative outcomes. Again, Im sorry you are not satisfied with our results. Also, the company decided to comment that they had sent and received numerous emails and texts messages. What they didnt say is that I ALWAYS initiated these messages because cancel timeshare never reached out to me to update me on the status. So the messages were mostly me asking if there were any updates and them responding with we are still doing our research to determine whether the timeshare has been cancelled or not.In fact, even though the companys reply to my first comment stated that my timeshare had been completely cancelled, I have NEVER, not once, heard from cancel timeshare that my timeshare had been cancelled completely. The last 3 times I messaged cancel timeshare about whether or not the timeshare had been cancelled I received the same reply we are still doing our research to determine if that timeshare has been cancelled or notI still receive correspondence from the timeshare and still get calls from them. Neither of which do I answer or respond to, but it makes me think that my timeshare has not, in fact been cancelled, but that I just stopped paying them and nothing else has happened. The timeshare didnt affect my credit score because it was a Mexican timeshare who didnt even have my social security number. The fact that my credit score was not affected was because my credit score was never a part of that timeshare, it had nothing to do with any action taken by cancel timeshare. I was not impressed with the cancel timeshare company when I was a customer, and I continue to not be impressed by their response that was filled with half truths, to my review.

You even have the ability to schedule a more in-depth Update Call with your case manager at your leisure. You are correct in the fact we do not reach out by phone and have implemented other tools to faciliate a more streamlined communication platform. Also, while you state your timeshare has not been cancelled - it has been. The downpayment monies have not been - per your contract we do not guarantee to cancel (or even offer it) credit card debts or any monies linked with third parties.
