I have been a member of *** since 1978. I had two incidents that were dangerous and caused physical harm due to the delay and failure to send help. I reached out weeks before my renewal for reimbursement after waiting 25 minutes on the phone. They said they would send a form. It did not arrive . Nor did the second one. I get my credit card statement from them and my card but now no delivery of a complaint form. I tried to file a message on line but they would not log me in. Even though the first 5 numbers of my card showed up. I am seeking $40 for paying a fireman to unlock my car and seeking my renewal fee waived for sept2026-27. I am disabled and have been dealt with an inappropriate business behavior. I desire justice. Thank you.
