    (this is a copy of letter sent Oct 2024)This is in regard to a refund we have been requesting for at least 7 months. ( now *********************** the property May 31, 2023, when it was being remodeled. We booked our hotel rooms for May 2024 with ***, and the computer was not up and running. After touring the rooms he took the information and charged our credit cards We made 2 reservations,, one for us, ( one week+ ) and one for our daughter ( two nights). Unfortunately in January we had to cancel the one for the daughter due to her school schedule, and a refund of the $200.00 deposit WAS sent immediately. That reservation was on a credit card under ******* *****.The reservation for *** and I was made on 5/31/23 on a ***** Fargo card ending in 7407. under ****** *****. We had to cancel ( very early) our week at the beach due to a scheduled surgery . We cancelled the reservation months ahead of the arrival date, and were assured the credit would be issued. I have called at least 12 times, spoke to a nice representative ( *****) when I could catch her, and still have NO REFUND. . She has assured me she has passed the information on but I still do not see a refund. I have included a copy of Bobs statement showing the charge, ( I blacked out the account number, etc, but can speak to you on the phone) Since then, the card was compromised, and a new card has been issued by ****************. I can give you another number to put the credit against, or you can mail me a check as a refund.This has gone on for WAY TOO LONG and I hope we can resolve this before I am forced to take the next steps. We would still like to consider your place for next year, but need to get this transaction corrected first. I expect to hear from you within 7 days on this matter.
